About Us
founded by five like-minded individuals with deep connections to and knowledge of Italy, Avventura is the choice of discerning travelers who are passionate about food, wine, culture and authentic experiences.
Our one-week curated experiences are designed to introduce our clients to an Italy that’s usually reserved for Italians – small family-run trattorias; artisanal winemakers, olive oil producers, cheesemakers and butchers; hands-on cooking instruction with local professionals. Our guests stay in luxurious 5-star accommodations with transportation to and from all activities. No detail is left to chance.

We’re a team of Italian food, wine and cultural ambassadors. We live, breath and love Italy and all things Italian. And we want to share our passion for this place and its people.
What Makes Us Different?
Each of Avventura’s curated experiences is personally guided on a 24/7 basis by Avventura’s principals.
We use no third-party contract guides or translators. All team members have lived, worked or studied in Italy, and we’re all bilingual. Each of us is professionally credentialed in culinary arts, wine and/or hospitality. Our team members are personally connected to all trip venues. We team with special guest hosts from the worlds of food, wine, art, fashion and well-being to add additional dimension to our experiences.
All Avventura experiences are strictly limited to 12 guests to insure an intimate, personal experience.
